You need a chair, 2 blankets and four blocks.
Step 1 – Iyengar yoga to reduce varicose veins
Sit sideways on the chair, raise both legs onto the handle of the chair. Move your bottom into the chair and slowly start moving until your shoulders touch the blocks. You chins should lock onto your chest. Stretch your toes out and close your eyes.

Step 2 – Iyengar yoga to reduce varicose veins
Variation — Get your toes together and allow your knees and thighs to roll out. Hold this position for at least 7 to 8 minutes. Bring your feet down, start sliding down from the chair till your bottom touches the blocks. Rest your calf muscles on the seat of the chair. Slowly remove the blocks, roll over to right side and come up.

Step 3 – Iyengar yoga to reduce varicose veins
Press the bolster to the side of the wall. Hold the rope, raise both legs up, allow your buttocks to press onto the bolster. Let go of your hands, observe your breath. Hold for at least 5 minutes. To come out of the asana, keep feet flat on the wall, press the bolster, wiggle back a bit, cross legs on the bolster, chin down towards your chest, hug your knees, roll over to right side and come up.
